Third-Party & Vendor Risk Assessment Programmes

Design and run of programmes to screen, tier and monitor distributors, agents, vendors and other third parties for integrity, sanctions and corruption risk.

FCPA, UK Bribery Act & Global Anti-Corruption Compliance

Assessment and build-out of anti-bribery controls that satisfy the FCPA, the UK Bribery Act and Indian law together, translated into terms a parent or investor recognises.

Conflicts of Interest Management Programmes

Policies, disclosure processes and review mechanisms that surface and manage employee, director and related-party conflicts before they become a finding.

Geographic & Market Entry Risk Analysis

AML/CFT Programme Design & Assessment

Design and review of anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing controls, including KYC, transaction monitoring and remediation of legacy gaps.

Whistleblower Programme Implementation

Set-up of a speak-up channel, intake and triage procedure and investigation SOP, so complaints are received, protected and handled consistently.

Compliance Programme Design

Full page

A focused three-to-four-week mandate that puts a defensible programme in place: policies, SOPs, ABAC-standard contract mark-ups and role-based training.

Most companies have a code; far fewer have a programme a prosecutor or Audit Committee would accept as effective. In three to four weeks we deliver the policies and SOPs, mark up the contract base to anti-bribery standards for counsel to settle, and disseminate it all through training, sized to the organisation so it is used, not filed.

  • Would our compliance programme be accepted as effective by a prosecutor or Audit Committee?
  • Do our policies have working SOPs behind them, or do they sit in a folder?
  • Do our contracts carry the anti-bribery, audit and termination clauses we would need in an enforcement action?
  • Have staff actually been trained on the programme, in a language they use, with a record to prove it?

Mystery Shopping & Field Audits

Full page

Pan-India mystery shopping with trained, vetted local shoppers in 200+ cities, giving an objective, evidence-based view of customer experience, compliance and product integrity.

Your customers experience your brand every day. Are you seeing what they see? Service quality varies across locations, mis-selling and disclosure gaps go undetected, and counterfeit product slips through the network. An objective, third-party lens turns these blind spots into fixable, prioritised insights. Our hybrid in-store and digital programme runs through trained, vetted local shoppers in 200+ cities, with photo, video and geo-tagged evidence behind every finding.

  • Inconsistent experience: does service quality and brand standard vary across our locations and channels?
  • Compliance blind spots: are mis-selling, disclosure gaps and regulatory non-compliance going undetected at the front line?
  • Spurious or counterfeit risk: is non-genuine product, or brand dilution, slipping through our network unnoticed?
  • No independent lens: what does internal audit miss because it lacks an unbiased, real-world view of frontline performance?
