Programme Builds

Compliance Programme Design

A focused three-to-four-week mandate that puts a defensible programme in place: policies, SOPs, ABAC-standard contract mark-ups and role-based training.

What it answers

  • Would our compliance programme be accepted as effective by a prosecutor or Audit Committee?
  • Do our policies have working SOPs behind them, or do they sit in a folder?
  • Do our contracts carry the anti-bribery, audit and termination clauses we would need in an enforcement action?
  • Have staff actually been trained on the programme, in a language they use, with a record to prove it?

Most companies have a code; far fewer have a programme a prosecutor or Audit Committee would accept as effective. In three to four weeks we deliver the policies and SOPs, mark up the contract base to anti-bribery standards for counsel to settle, and disseminate it all through training, sized to the organisation so it is used, not filed.

Deliverables

  • Bribery, fraud and conflicts risk map by function
  • Core policy suite: Code, ABAC, gifts and hospitality, conflicts, third-party, whistleblower
  • A working SOP for each policy
  • Contract base marked up to anti-bribery standards for counsel to settle
  • Whistleblower channel and investigation SOP, live
  • Role-based training with attestation and completion record
  • Monitoring calendar handed over at go-live

Policies & SOPs

We draft and update the core suite: Code of Conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, third-party and whistleblower policies. Each comes with a working SOP so the policy actually operates.

Contracts & agreements

We review agreements and terms of contract from an anti-bribery lens and mark up the gaps: anti-bribery clauses, audit and termination rights, representations and warranties, and third-party flow-down. The mark-ups go to counsel to settle and execute; NARADism is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

Compliance training

Role-based, scenario-led training disseminates the programme in the languages staff actually speak, with attestation and a completion record.

Indicative four-week sequence

  1. 01

    Week 1: Diagnose & risk-assess

Document review, interviews and a bribery, fraud and conflicts risk map by function.

  2. 02

Week 2: Draft policies, SOPs & contract review

Policy suite and SOPs drafted; agreements marked up from an anti-bribery perspective for counsel.

  3. 03

Week 3: Management & Board adoption

Review, sign-off and attestation; whistleblower channel and investigation SOP go live.

  4. 04

    Week 4: Training & go-live

Role-based training rollout, completion tracking and a monitoring calendar handed over.
